Meet Coach Gwyn
I’m Gwyn Morasko, Certified Health and High Performance Coach. I started out my adult life very fit and athletic, and didn’t think twice about burning the candle at both ends for the first 10 years of my high stress corporate aerospace career (yes…I was a rocket scientist!) But in my 30’s, I suffered nearly daily migraines, chronic fatigue, and unbelievably rapid weight gain. I spent OVER $80,000 on failed diets and specialists searching for a solution.
In my mid 40’s, I finally put the pieces of my mysterious health puzzle together and went from 4 migraines per week to 4 migraines per year, and lost over 40 pounds in the process.
